Chris moved to Ridgewood in 1973 from St. Louis, Missouri. After attending Ridgewood High School and Washington University, she embarked on a 12 year career in the Garment Center on Seventh Avenue. Her responsibilities ranged from Sales Manager to production liaison between Hong Kong factories and Italian fabric resources. She traveled extensively marketing the collection and coordinating production throughout the US, Italy and Hong Kong.
After she left the garment industry to be closer to home, Chris began investing in real estate acting as a general contractor and designer in the purchase and resale of properties. She has since turned over numerous homes in the area for a profit and has first-hand knowledge of careful property selection and marketing a home for sale. She is also very comfortable with spatial planning and design techniques to maximize living areas and property values. This experience has proven invaluable in assisting clients in the purchase and sale of homes.
